Hello! I’m Ryan, an advisor and finance professional dedicated to helping startups manage their finances and growth initiatives. I also provide M&A transaction support and personally invest in early-stage consumer brands. My career began in investment banking, and since founding RMC Ventures, I’ve collaborated with clients across private equity, venture capital, and various CPG startups. I launched RMC after recognizing a significant market need: startups often struggle with cash flow management and fundraising but can’t afford to hire a full-time Head of Finance/CFO.

Growing up in San Francisco, I was immersed in new technologies and health and wellness products. This environment, combined with my experience as a college athlete, ignited my passion for better-for-you CPG, connected fitness, and digital health companies aimed at improving our overall health and well-being. I’ve seen early-stage founders and operators overwhelmed by financial challenges, and my goal is to empower them to build data-driven businesses without compromising customer relationships and brand values.
